Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade will undergo surgery after she fractured her fibula on international duty.
PSG Ladies announced this while giving a medical update ahead of a league clash against Lyon.
Ajibade was forced out by the injury from the second leg of a 2028 Olympics qualifier against Comoros, which Nigeria won 5-0.
The Super Falcons won the second round tie 7-0 on aggregate and will now tackle Morocco next year in continuation of the qualifying series to the Los Angeles Olympics Games.
