Reports from Ghana says parts of Accra are flooded again following hours of heavy rainfall.
Roads in several low-lying communities are impassable, vehicles are stranded and businesses in affected areas are reporting losses.

According to another news station; TV3GH residents are stranded on rooftops at Achimota Overhead after relentless hours of torrential rainfall triggers life-threatening flooding.
With floodwaters continuing to rise, many have been forced to seek refuge above their homes as they await urgent rescue. The situation remains critical.
It was also gathered that a mother, her two children and two siblings are stranded at Awoshie Mangoase, where rising floodwater has forced them onto higher ground inside their home.
According to reports from the area, the water is still rising toward the level where they have taken refuge. 3News understands an emergency alert has been raised.
