Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to marry fiancée Georgina Rodriguez on Saturday, 8th August, 2026 on the island where he was born and raised.
It was gathered that the pair appear to have decided to get hitched in Madeira.
The ex-Manchester United forward Ronaldo now plays in Saudi Arabia.
He met Georgina, who is Spanish-Argentinian, in 2016 and proposed to her last August.
Last week the couple were snapped wearing diamond rings as they boarded a yacht in Majorca.
Ronaldo said previously that he and Georgina planned to marry after the World Cup, from which Portugal were ousted by eventual winners Spain last month.
