AFCON Live Update: Nigeria Leads Tunisia 3-2

Nigeria’s senior National team; the Super Eagles are currently leading AFCON Group second match opponents the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia by 3-2.

Red hot striker Victor Osimhen shot Nigeria into the lead with a lovely header from an assist from Ademola Lookman in the first half of the African Cup of Nations encounter.

Barely two minutes into the second half, the Nigerian side again scored a fantastic second goal before Lookman made the goal line 3-0 in the 67th minute.

The match is still ongoing with signs that Nigeria may score more goals in the thrilling match. However, the Tunisian side has however pulled one goal back in the 74th minute, making the scoreline 3-1.

Tunisia scored another goal from the penalty spot (3-2) when a Nigerian defender was adjudged to have handled the ball in the marked area.
